Luna is a little firecracker. Sweet-natured and loving, with a showy "paint job" and BIG sidegait for such a diminutive girl. Luna produced a lovely litter for us sired by Kristull Unbreakable ("Bruce") in 2006 (the H-Band litter), from which we retained a daughter, Missi.
In 2011 she was bred to Speck (UKC Ch. Gryffyn's Aeyrie Fade Into You) and presented us with 3 lovely pups from which we kept Squee to go on from. Squee is an ISWS Champion, UKC Grand Champion and a Specialty Winner (SWTT 2014).
Luna was also leased by Melissa Pearce of Attaway to produce her first Silken Windhound litter, from which her daughter Candy went on to win Winners Bitch at the 2012 SilkenFest National Specialty from the 6-9 Puppy class.
Luna's expertise was in puppy raising. Every time we had a litter she wanted in with them. She had a couple opportunities to play "foster mom" with some litters, even going so far as to start producing milk for a litter of Borzoi puppies at the age of 13!
We are very proud of Luna's contributions to the Silken Windhound breed!
