Rubi was a bit stocky for a Silken, but what a sweetheart. We tried to get her bred to a lovely, very typey Silken (Cathi Wester's Oliver) - but it didn't take.
Sadly about a month after her heat cycle, she developed a closed pyometra and passed away early Sunday morning. I was out of town.
